Dangerous Goods Training Classes

Dangerous Goods are substances that have been determined to be capable of posing unreasonable risks to health, safety, and property when transported in commerce.

Shipping dangerous goods can be complicated and having dangerous goods training is not only a regulatory requirement but is also a necessity for a dangerous goods employer and employees to understand. Our training emphasizes the importance of handling, identifying, packaging, and shipping of dangerous goods to reduce any risk of dangerous goods shipments and prevent human error.

A dangerous goods employer must ensure that each of their dangerous goods employees is trained and tested in accordance with the Dangerous Goods Regulations. Commonly cited violations are failure to train employees and failure to maintain employee training records.
